BloomHer Subscription Cancellation Policy

BloomHer offers optional subscription purchase options that allow customers to receive recurring deliveries of BloomHer products at a discounted price.

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you agree to the following terms.


Subscription Options

BloomHer offers recurring delivery options every:

  • 30 days

  • 90 days

  • 180 days

Subscribers receive an average 13% discount compared to one-time purchases.

Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected delivery interval.


Automatic Billing

When you enroll in a BloomHer subscription, you authorize BloomHer to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order according to the chosen delivery schedule.

Charges will occur automatically before each shipment is processed.


Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription at any time by:

  • logging into their account

Canceling a Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

If a cancellation request is made after the order has already been processed, the order may still be shipped and cannot be canceled.


Modifying Subscription Details

Customers may modify:

  • delivery frequency

  • shipping address

  • payment method

by accessing their account or contacting support.

Changes must be made before the next billing cycle.


Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, BloomHer may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be paused or canceled.


Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are eligible for the BloomHer 90-Day Money Back Guarantee according to the BloomHer Refund Policy.


Subscription Abuse

BloomHer reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or refuse service in cases of:

  • excessive refunds

  • fraudulent activity

  • abuse of promotional offers
